QA Engineer — Remote

We’re building OnSite, an intelligent work chat for field workers. We’re looking for a junior QA engineer to help test our mobile and web apps, investigate bugs, and keep releases reliable.

You’ll work on:

• Manually testing features, user flows, and fixes across mobile and web.
• Writing clear bug reports with reproduction steps, screenshots, and logs.
• Running regression checks before releases and verifying fixes.
• Using monitoring tools to investigate errors and help developers identify causes.

You should have:

• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
• Basic React Native knowledge and the ability to read frontend code.
• Basic debugging skills, including inspecting network requests, error messages, and logs.
• Some experience with tools such as Sentry, AWS CloudWatch, Datadog, Grafana, or New Relic.
• Clear written communication and the ability to work independently.

Bonus: Experience testing chat apps, AI features, or writing simple automated tests.
